Warranty

Bullet Proof PPE LLC LIMITED WARRANTY – Bullet Proof PPE LLC warrants the Products
against defects in material and workmanship from the date the product has been sold. The
sale date is stated on invoice provided by Bullet Proof PPE LLC or its affiliate. The warranty
length is determined by the warranty length period stated on the Bullet Proof PPE LLC
Products label. Any alterations made or appearing to be made to the Bullet Proof PPE LLC
label found on the Bullet Proof PPE LLC Products will automatically void any and all
warranties. Any discrepancies found with the batch number found on the Bullet Proof PPE
LLC label will automatically void any and all warranties for that batch number. This Warranty
shall be null and void to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence
or accident by Customer. Variances in coating finish, texture, or evenness are to be expected
and does not constitute a warranty claim. Damage caused by shipment of Bullet Proof PPE
LLC Products is not covered under this Warranty. If Customer discovers a defect covered by
this Warranty during the time period listed on the Product’s label following the date of
original sale, subject to Bullet Proof PPE LLC “Return and Credit Policy,” Bullet Proof PPE LLC
may, in its sole discretion, either:
(1) repair and return the Products,
(2) replace the Products at no cost to Customer,
(3) refund Customer’s purchase price.
